C/C++ Application Developer
- Work with customers and product development team to specify and document software requirements and use cases.
- Design and document technical specification for software application based on documented customer requirements and use cases.
- Specify and document unit and system tests.
- Develop software application in C/C++.
- Follow version control procedures.
- Document release notes for software developed.
- Perform unit tests before releasing software application for system testing.
- Provide second level customer support as needed.
Quality Assurance Engineer
- Execute established test plans.
- Accurately record and clearly document all actual results compared to expected results.
- Maintain well organized record of test results and generate historical analysis of test results.
- Fully document any unexpected anomalies identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate the anomaly.
- Operate, maintain and expand test network of VoIP devices.
- Document and maintain database of known software defects.
- Develop and document product requirements as part of Product Development Team.
- Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Document application instructions for end users.
- Provide 2nd level customer support.
- Build new software releases and maintain source code in version control system.
Account Representative
- Sell new products and services to current and potential accounts.
- Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts in the telecom service provider market.
- Track and resolve all customer issues or problems.
- Identify new revenue opportunities with current and potential accounts.
